This little tool is great. The size makes very it convenient for me to keep the tool with me at all time. The knife is plenty sharp enough to handle basic tasks. The tool closes secure enough so that I'm not afraid of it coming loose. Overall, I'd say the tool is very well designed and well-built.
Very Versatile for Occasional Use July 21, 2010

I've gone though a couple of these now. The early ones did have a problem with the loop breaking off - I sent mine back, got a new one, and have never had the problem again. I've never had the other problem of it not staying latched closed. It's best used as an occasional emergency tool, and at that it excels. The bottle opener actually works pretty well once you master the method of doing it without cutting your finger off or having the tool fly out of your hand and impale the eye of your drinking companion. I can now pop off a bottlecap with one try and no bloodshed. The knife is pretty sharp and great for cutting tags off clothing you want to wear right away or are trying to shoplift. ;-) I used to use the cigarette lighter in my car but they are hard to find anymore, thank goodness. I've had very few occasions to use the screwdriver, it is pretty limited in usefulness. And listen to the other reviews - it WILL get caught by the airport scanners. I've seen guys selling confiscated knives at gun and knife shows, and there's always plenty of Utili-Keys in the pile.

I absolutely love this thing. My fiancee gave me his after aquiring something more fancy, and I adore it. I'm constantly in need of screwdrivers, so this is perfect!
(AND it's made it through airport security. Crazy!)

Mine broke within 2 weeks of having on my keychain. The metal loop that attaches to the keychain broke clean off. Look for a better quality tool elsewhere.
